Had a wonderful experience buying a pre-owned vehicle at Flow. Jody Luman was very kind and thoroughly helpful! Both Jody and the manager Warren were great during the entire process! Jody was even so kind as to check in with me the next day, and they helped out with a small issue a few days later!

I purchased a GMC 3500 Sierra October of 2023. I requested a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty be added to the purchase agreement. When I went to pick up the vehicle there was an additional $700 "Roadside Damage" package added. When I said I did not request this warranty, I was told that the whole agreement would have to be re-negotiated. Finance manager was extremely rude does not know how to do business! Simply showed him an appraisal from 1day ago see if he could match it to be able to do business and immediately got an attitude with me and was just absolutely rude ‼️‼️‼️DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️‼️‼️‼️
This is a hard avoid for me due to bad experience. Stay away
