Special thanks to Jesse and the team at Flow Athletic. I joined in Jan 2025 for 4 mths, because I was working in Sydney, I found the team at FA friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There were tonnes of choices for classes and times throughout the day. I would recommend this gym to everyone living in or around Paddington.

Best Gym in town. Just back from a trip and straight back in thank you Andy Tudor, legendary trainer for the motivation! Community is everything, thank you Ben, KK and Wayne for providing athletes at every level a home!
Friendly knowledgeable trainers and the rooms and facilities and location is great. Good diversity of classes. If you're thinking of joining, do it. Great all round gym and lovely people. Youl feel totally welcomed and will be fitter and stronger. Win win! 🙌🏻
