Booked a group outing for our Kansas City softball team in town for a local tournament. Cassandra was so easy to work with to set up the outing and during the event itself. Girls and parents had a great time. Highly recommend for groups!
Virgil met us at the building. He was very helpful. We kayaked for an hour. My 14 year old flooded his boat and needed some assistance. We were met at the loading area, they helped him out and helped drain the boat. My son decided to sit out the last fifteen minutes. They provided a towel for him, so he didn't get cold while waiting on the rest of us. I was very pleased by the service. The lake was big enough to accommodate all of us well. We've done the peddle boats, kayaks, and stand up paddle boarding at Lake Lorain. Last weekend my son and I did the kayak trip on the Big Sioux from 57th & Western to downtown. Every time we've had a great experience. Thank you so much for offering such wonderful experiences in Sioux Falls.
I took my daughter here to learn to paddle board and Cassie and her husband were patient with her and did an outstanding job!
We will be back! Was an absolutely great experience for two first time kayakers.
