This place lacks integrity all the way around. I took my RDX here for a misfire and paid $220 for diagnostics that were incorrect. Took it back the second time and when I went to pick it up they reported the mileage incorrectly by the more than 300 miles that they drove it. The car was on empty and the window was down. They also suggested a transmission flush in October and January when I had already had this done at their service center in July. I test drove a 2016 dodge ram bighorn after returning I noticed the engine looked like it had a coolant leak. I pointed it out to the staff and was told that they would have their mechanic look at it. After the mechanic looked at it they cleaned the engine off and said that it was just some residual buildup from previous work that they did. I then was told that if it was a leak they would fix it. Brought my MDX in for a factory recall. Was given a loaner. The people who waited on me were kind and polite. They inspected the car and recommended brake fluid and transmission fluid service. Fine. They also recommended a timing belt replacement on a car with 47000 miles. Said the tensioner was leaking. I declined. Took the car to my local mechanic. The local mechanic does warranty repairs for Carmax, they are legit. They found nothing wrong with the tensioner and said I had another 50000 miles before I needed to have the t... read more

Took advantage of a struggling single mother with limited car knowledge. too many lies and deception to recount in one review but dismissive, evasive and slimy staff, including the “boss” will never return my vehicle there for service nor recommend it.

Flow Acura gives 5 star Compared to my genesis I had, which was a complete nightmare. It was like you were a herd of cows that’s how you were treated. . Flow has been nothing but top-notch they accidentally scratched my front spoiler And replaced it. I went in there for a scratch, and they worked on all my other scratches not just one.! I love how they do the videos of your car when it’s in Service. Genesis never did any of that!
