I'm in sea sound apt in panama city beach Florida. My wife is a nurse that works at night there are dogs barking all day and night. The gates do not work any body and everybody are coming and going. It is not safe and I pay 2500 dollars a month. There are people smoking drugs sitting outside the back gate. There are piles of old furniture all around dumpster.
