I’ve gotten several different cakes and pastries from this bakery. They’ve all been very good, and I’m so thankful to have a gluten free bakery here in Placerville. I loved the vegan cinnamon roll, it was SO good. I wasn’t crazy about the vegan cheesecake, however. They have many options, and I want to try them all!

Its just okay. Gf options are limited so I suppose its better than nothing but I was not super impressed. I tried 2 different types of cake and felt they were pretty dry, and like I said, just okay. Maybe the other options are better? The cashier seemed bored and uninterested as well.

This bakery has the best gluten pastries I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot! I’m usually pretty underwhelmed by GF baked goods, but not here. Everything from cookies and tarts to savory items like quiche and egg sandwiches. I was over the moon to see there was a croque monsieur. Don’t miss this place if you are GF and in the area. They also have bread you can buy to take home.

Destination location GF bakery. Owner has brains, walked in and knew I was in "the spot" immediately. Owner makes some "viral" sensations that sell out super quick. Shop is only open a few days per week, a sign that shows they're doing things right imo I stopped in for a sausage egg biscuit and ear-hustled the other customers for a sec. One customer was sad she missed out on the lime strawberry lime (?) thingy they make? But she followed it up with, "I gotta get something else then..."
