If I could leave 0 stars I would! My husband booked me a prenatal massage as a gift… The masseuse I wouldn’t even call him that because he definitely lacked the experience. I felt even more uncomfortable when the massage was over I would NOT recommend anyone to go there ! I don’t know what type of massage treatment that was! Ewww feel so disgusted!
Very accommodating and sweet!! I LOVED the facial and the massage!! Everything was so perfect and I genuinely loved the vibes!! For sure a go to with your group of girls
Made an appointment yesterday at 4, arrived on time and no one was there, called and texted and nothing very unprofessional
I would leave 0 stars if that were possible. My family was trying to use 3 Groupons my dad had purchased before he passed away, but we had an awful experience trying to schedule massages. Despite calling over 50 times from different phone numbers, I only got through twice, and no one could finalize an appointment for us. We were only in town to pack up his apartment, and now that we’ve flown back to New York, we can’t use the Groupons at all. This place needs serious improvement in communication and customer service.
