I was referred to Kara for post-hysterectomy recovery. I was pleasantly surprised at how much she was able to ease my pain and discomfort after just the first session. Kara also helped me identify a few other issues unrelated to my surgery... I wish I found her years ago! She is very thorough, skilled, and truly a kind soul.
