After seeing my adult daughter's hair after her visit , my heart sank. She had her mind on a nice cut and blonde highlights. She wanted a short cut with strong highlights instead she got a minimal cut and highlights that are barely visible. The cut was uneven and the cost was overwhelming. I have done highlights many times this is a complete embarrassment. I would never recommend this person ( A) that made a complete disaster of the job and charged a goldmine.

Brittany was exceptional kind caring n did a phenomenal job i am new to the area n will forever be a client. I can't put into words just how beautiful she made me feel with such beautiful extensions 😍 ty Brittany 😊

My first time having my hair done (since 2019!) at Flourish & I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole process was. Ashleigh greeted me the minute I walked in & after I explained what I "think" I wanted, she actually asked me to give her a minute while she marinated the idea of what would be best for my hair & request. Honestly, that was a plus for me; it showed her professionalism, not rushing what may be a bad decision & wanting to make sure she got as close to my needs as possible. Bravo for that! I can Not recommend this salon. The owner Brittany is very unprofessional and knows nothing about good customer service. I called and spoke with her she gave me a date and time then when I arrived for my appointment she proceeded to tell me she didn't have me down. That was after a phone conversation followed by a text confirmation. Really this is how you treat people. Go to Vantiny where they are extremely professional kina and much better pricing.
