My first time having my hair done (since 2019!) at Flourish & I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole process was. Ashleigh greeted me the minute I walked in & after I explained what I "think" I wanted, she actually asked me to give her a minute while she marinated the idea of what would be best for my hair & request. I can Not recommend this salon. The owner Brittany is very unprofessional and knows nothing about good customer service. I called and spoke with her she gave me a date and time then when I arrived for my appointment she proceeded to tell me she didn't have me down. That was after a phone conversation followed by a text confirmation. Really this is how you treat people. Go to Vantiny where they are extremely professional kina and much better pricing.
