Erica is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to her craft. She has an amazing, diverse range of holistic products as well as delectable teas and drinks. It was impressive to me that the organic honey in the store was sourced as locally as possible, and with care taken to ensure that it was still in our allergy zone (first I've heard of this and didn't realize it was even a factor) and within regulations!
