Gracen goes above and beyond to ensure you get the hairstyle or color you are wanting. She has given me the perfect blonde, teased highlight to a cherry cola non permanent color in my hair and to my newest obsession a honey/caramel colored teased highlight. I went to Gracen to have my highlights retouched, and unfortunately the results were not what I had hoped for. My appointment lasted from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and I had foils in my hair for approximately 3–4 hours. When I left, my hair had noticeable bleed marks throughout, along with harsh foil lines that had also bled, leaving my roots with an orange tint.
