They have not answered my email other than a generic auto response saying they will contact me back. That was over a month and I've had no contact. I emailed again, and no response. I rang their 1300 number and it went to voice mail with no response. I am now writing to the NDIA to request Florish's NDIS provider status be revoked.
Groups are well organised. There is good variety of activities to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I just started doing activities with Flourish. On the weekend, they pick you up in the company car and take you to the pool or Old Bus Depot Markets. It's fun and it gets me out of the house.
