Kind, decent, caring, thoughtful, respectful, community-minded people who go out of their way to offer tailored support to those in desperate situations. Was a shut-in and had severe anxiety about getting out and doing even basic social or essential activities and they have made getting out increasingly easy and accessible.
Great team service
Bad unqualified and uninformed decisions made. Against the will of clients. Most of them are just unqualified peers and often say things that are detrimental to someone with mental issues. They don’t regard what she says they think they know how she feels better than she does. They don’t realise just a few simple words said without knowing the whole situation can be life threatening to someone with mental illness.
