Edited to include response to business owner’s response : We did understand the no-refund policy when booked, the one star was not simply about losing the money , it was more about there being no practical way to fill a spot unless someone happened to reach out directly. There was no further response after we let you know we couldn’t attend. Since many of your events fill so quickly and are booked well in advance, a visible waitlist seems like it would be a helpful option for both families and your business. We had our daughter’s 6th birthday here and wow! The whole place was decorated and so cute. Everything was supplied for us from the balloons to the cupcakes and food. It is such a great concept and the kids loved it! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing birthday party experience. Extremely easy to navigate the website, select party themes and food options, and invite friends to RSVP and complete waivers. Everything is taken care of from light decor to cupcakes. The kids had an absolute blast and recommend for birthday parties!

We held our daughter’s 7th birthday party at Flour Power and it was great! Well planned and executed by everyone on staff. We hope to be back and take advantage of some of the cooking classes in the future. Thanks so much for making the birthday so fun!
