Suz is an incredibly talented florist! I had the honor of using her services for a "spring set" at my photography studio. I had one photo I gave to her for inspiration that I wanted to recreate, and she knocked it out of the park! Not only did she take care of getting all the supplies, working tirelessly on putting it together, but also sent me updated photos as she created it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! I called in to this place and talked to Suz to see if she could help me with what I needed. She was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. I wasn't in great service and was having issues on the website, so she took pictures of everything and sent them to me so I could pick what I wanted. That's pretty amazing customer service. Im not sure if she wants people to know this, but she also told me she would stop and pickup coffee to add to my order and deliver it all to my wife. A service not offered. Beautiful flowers, incredible personalized service and fast, thorough communication during scheduling and the day of delivery. I’m not local but admire the business and would love to visit the kiosk some day! Highly recommend.
