This review is based on my 2nd time at Flour for dinner. The first time (a year ago) the flavors were nothing special- tomato sauce tasted canned, pizza was too thick and I didn’t get the good reviews. However my most recent experience was outstanding. From the focaccia to the crispy chilled shrimp, to the delicious lamb rigatoni and the perfectly cooked ribeye with parm and chili flakes, and a delicious passion fruit tart to top it off- every dish was outstanding and flavorful.
