The dock itself is great... once we corrected some major fabrication issues. The customer service from Flotation Systems here on Smith Lake is non-existent. I bought one of their top line boathouses (about $90k after electrical by their recommended electrician, who was great). I had some minor damage due to improper installation and anchoring. Flotation system boat houses are the best by far. We wire a lot of them and the customers are very satisfied with their Boathouse. They are very well built. Boathouse owners love them very much. And they take care of of what they say they will do.
