This was my first Flöt experience and I must say I was a bit apprehensive when making the appointment. I am very active and have not spent as much time as I should on post-recovery activities. All the articles I read discuss the many physical and mental benefits of Flöting; but at first glance "sensory deprivation" were not comforting words. Another one checked off the "bucket list" today when I experienced my first Flöt. It will most definitely not be my last! The experience was exactly what I needed to rejuvenate after a very stressful week and Ryan was great; answering my questions before I had to ask them and alleviating any initial jitters. Can't wait until next time!
Had a terrible day but the massage and hospitality of this place made up for it. Also love the clean and relaxing atmosphere here. Can't wait to come back for the float!
