I had an amazing experience at Flossy Smiles. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Absolutely fantastic! The staff is amazing. Michelle facilitated everything for us, just a wonderful experience. Miami traffic is horrible!!! So plan ahead if you are driving down from out of state like we did. Also don’t stay in the LaQuinta Inn either, worst hotel Ive ever stayed in
I had a dental emergency two weeks ago, and Dr. Gonzalez and his team provided exceptional treatment and care. They went above and beyond and provided me with results that exceeded my expectations. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend him.
I had been going to the same dentist for over 10 years, but the main dentist and management changed and the office just wasn’t the same anymore. I decided to try Glossy Smiles for the first time and I’m glad I did. I waited maybe 5–10 minutes before being taken in. My hygienist was fantastic—you can tell when someone really knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. The office was very clean and professional. The staff was awesome!! The surgery itself was not as bad as one would imagine, and I felt nothing. Outside of some swelling a minor discomfort I was painless in 24 hours. There were some minor issues but they were al addressed and handled courteously. The staff emphasized that they did not want me to leave until I was 100% happy. One recommendation. If you are coming in from out of town like I did. Allow yourself plenty of time in town, to make multiple visits if needed. Once again kudos to this practice and the entire staf... read more
