Honestly so impressed I’m not sure where to even begin. From the start to the end just a great experience with talking and figuring everything out Dr Gio and his team were patient and answered all my questions and did everything in their power to help me get this dental work completed. I couldn’t be happier with the care my daughter received at Flossy Smiles with Dr. Gio! She had her wisdom teeth removed, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making her feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. The team truly care about their patients. They took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office is clean, well equipped, which made the experience even better. The staff were super gentle and super friendly. I recommend flossy smiles for anyone looking for dental care. My first visit to Flossy Smiles Dental was such an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. The doctor was wonderful—he explained my treatment plan clearly, made sure I understood everything, and helped me feel completely safe and comfortable. THE MOST INCOMPETENT DENTAL OFFICE I’VE EVER BEEN TO. Over a week and a half ago, I had my bottom left wisdom tooth removed and fillings done on the right side at Flossy Smiles—and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite following every aftercare instruction to the letter, I’m still in constant pain from the extraction. Add that to the fact that they stitched my gum to my cheek & tried to deny it contrary to photo evidence. Even worse, one of my fillings fell out while I was flossing carefully.
