Had another visit to Flossophy yesterday.I have some major dental work upcoming. Dr. Au was very thorough and caring. He provided some excellent advice on what I should do before this treatment starts. He phoned me late last night and we have agreed to a plan of action. Very professional and you get a feeling that you're in great hands.
Just had a cleaning yesterday. It seemed like I got the new person , things went reasonably well. It just seemed rough going not as smooth and attentive as usual.
It was a very good experience
The staff are welcoming and efficient. The hygienist Quinlan was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and kept me up to date as to what was being done which made the whole procedure so much easier to handle.
