I have had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Brandy (the office manager) twice in the last 2 months. She is sweet, understand, and a good listener. She quickly corrected the minor problem that I was having with my denture. She heard my concern about how often that I was needing to re-apply my denture adhesive. BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER HAD! Top notch skills, knowledge, and personality. Entire staff warm, friendly , and efficient. They all go the extra mile to explain options and you leave feeling well taken care of. Love my smile! I hope you give them a chance to make you smile too!
I highly recommend Flossophy Dental. Everyone was kind and caring. All the staff in the office genuinely care about the patients. The ladies from check in to checkout as well as the doctors are truly heavenly! I wish I had found them years ago. They are all awesome. I love that I finally found a dental office that made me feel important and comfortable! My Mom is also a patient and they just treated us all like family! They go above and beyond to make sure we as patients get the necessary care we need.
I get anxiety from dentist. I don’t have the best teeth so it’s always painful for me. But Flossophy was one of the first dentist that I felt that really heard me, took great care of me and always kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
I cannot recommend Flossophy Dental enough! After a series of traumatic experiences left me needing extensive dental work, I was incredibly anxious. Dr. Mahrous and Brandy completely turned things around for me. They were incredibly gentle and thoughtful, working with me both professionally and personally throughout the entire process. Thank you for making me feel safe and cared for!
