Stay away from this place! I have patronize this place for over 15 years. My bad experience came about by way of my Shih Tzu becoming very sick while being boarded. He went in perfectly normal however came out with a sever bout of reverse sneezing or kennel cough. Upon informing them of this, they didn’t take responsibility or ownership of their improper services. My end result was calling the police to the establishment upon one of their incompetent vets asking me to pay for services and than denying my pet his medication.... read more
Do not recommend. Incompetent staff. Lost my pets ashes offered my dogs $11 for free and a memorial frame to make up for it. Refused. Then they blamed me. Never here. Be safe and make sure your pets are respected in the end.
How grateful I am to Dr Rachel Willard and her staff for saving the life of our pug, Yoda. We boarded Yoda while away. He is diabetic and 13 years old. Because of her observation skills and that of the staff they saw Yoda was seriously ill. Glucose was too low to measure. He was listless and unable to stand or sit. Their intervention brought him back. Dr Rachel kept us informed frequently and in a sympathetic caring way. Flossmoor Animal Hospital is tops. Chuck Brobst
