What a great method for stretching for all levels... I didn't even know that I was so tense in some areas and definitely felt so much more relaxed after. A great way to de-stress!

Took my first Floss class last night and am so excited to incorporate this into my weekly routine. The stretching and mindfulness is so necessary, and I woke up this morning feeling better than I can remember feeling in a long time. Back pain I haven't been able to get rid of with massages and chiropractors is gone. I actually feel taller and more open, and more aware of my posture while sitting at my desk at work. Thank you, Lauren!!

Lauren’s class is fantastic! It’s truly restorative — it’s great to stretch and roll out your body in ways you didn’t even realize you need to. Floss is the perfect complement to my workout routine and all of the stress I put my body through on a regular basis. My body felt completely new and reset after class — I can’t wait to go back!

Had such a great time taking these classes! Had been experiencing a lot of discomfort in my neck and back and these classes really helped loosen me up and eliminate any pain I was feeling. Lauren is a terrific instructor and made sure to give me pointers/special instructions as I was one of the only guys in the class, really really appreciated that! She makes sure everyone understands the exercises and that no one is left behind. Definitely will be attending in the future!
