when you call you actually get a person working there and everyone I've spoken to has been helpful, knowledgeable, and generally lovely. The work I've had there has been great, with care taken for comfort during and longevity after. They've gotten me in very quick when I had a concern and even advocated for me to get me into a trusted endodontist same day when I was in pain. Very happy with Dr Pietch and her staff
I recently switched to Floss dental and I was very impressed by it all. Dr. Byun was very gentle and thorough. She found areas of concern that my last office didn't and also noticed I was flossing too hard in one area. She didn't pressure me, she explained all the options and the risks, gave her recommendation, and let me decide. Kat was also very diligent with her cleaning. The office was equipped with new instruments that was very easy on the patient. highly recommend.
