Cannot rave about Floss Dentistry. My daughter had a bad experience at a different office and was very nervous going to the dentist. She no longer has fear going to the dentist since switching to Floss. Even after moving 45 minutes away I will continue to take the trip to see Dr. Clarke. And my kids love spinning the wheel to get thier prize.
Floss Dentistry is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The office is bright, clean, and kid-friendly, which helped my child feel at ease right away. The dentists and hygienists are so gentle and patient, explaining everything in a way that made my little one feel confident and excited about taking care of their teeth. I highly recommend Floss Dentistry for anyone looking for a caring, professional, and fun dental experience for their kids!
Had the worst office manager Maddie. She is rude unprofessional, over talk me several times, refuse to make an appt only because I wanted to have the consult and treatment same daywhich we already have one in December ) fThe office wants to prolong all visits so they can charge your insurance more. Totally unacceptable
As a first time mom I was really worried about our first trip to the dentist, but Dr. Clarke and his staff were exceptional with my son! Having a kid with autism it can be really difficult to go to any kind of Dr without him freaking out or melting down, but they made the experience great! He’s asking when we can go back to spin the wheel for another prize look how cute!
