After weeks of looking for just the right place for my family to establish a new dentist, I chose Floss Dental of Magnolia. My insurance, Delta Dental PPO, was approved! I began the very long process of filling out the pre-appo intment paperwork, which was more detailed than my doctor's office! They had all my personal information now!!! Hands-down, the best experience I have ever had at any dentist office. The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful and made the entire experience actually enjoyable. Highly recommend!!
I absolutely hate seeing the dentist. *******BUT******* I can actually say this place is awesome. I had absolutely terrible anxiety and fear walking into this place, A. Fear of judgment B. Its the dentist C. What procedure will they have to do. Im sitting in the waiting room contemplating leaving, I'll deal with whatever is wrong, I get called back, by the sweetest assistant, she can sense my fear, most definitely.
