I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lima and the entire dental office! Dr. Lima is professional, caring, attentive, and truly compassionate. My first visit to this office was a mixed experience. The practice is modern, very updated, and equipped with advanced technology — all positives. However, the issue arose during my initial (and only) consultation with Dr. Lima. I was quoted approximately $7,000 for the recommended dental work. Since I do not have insurance, I expressed concern about the cost. Had a great experience here. Dr. Lima was honest, reasonable, straightforward, and very knowledgeable. There was a short wait time, the staff members were all very kind, and I never felt like I was getting scammed. They also have high tech equipment and a nice office. Highly recommended.
