I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lima and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the office was clean, organized, and welcoming. My first visit to this office was a mixed experience. The practice is modern, very updated, and equipped with advanced technology — all positives. However, the issue arose during my initial (and only) consultation with Dr. Lima. I was quoted approximately $7,000 for the recommended dental work. Since I do not have insurance, I expressed concern about the cost. My experience at this dentist was AMAZING!! Every single person working there was very kind and knowledgeable. After some not-so-great experiences at other dentists, this was a breath of fresh air. Dr. Lima is incredibly educated and genuinely cares about his patients. I’m very glad I found this place!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lima and his team. The office and staff are very welcoming. Dr. Lima took the time to explain everything. I’m truly glad I switched from my previous dentist in Miami Lakes. Scheduling was quick and hassle-free, and I appreciated being able to complete all the paperwork online ahead of time. I highly recommend this office!
BEWARE- I went to Dr. Lima's office for a scheduled cleaning. The front office staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, I felt assaulted and robbed! instead of my usual cleaner I had hygienist Damarys Pena, who nicely proceeded to perform as a used car salesman armed with 6 month old xrays taken prior to a cleaning and telling me that insurance cleaning did not include fluoride treatment, a needed antibiotic flush and prescription toothpaste listed on Amazon for $18 at a deal $114!
