I’ve had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Doctor Lima is excellent very professional, kind, and attentive. The staff is also fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The office is clean and well-organized, creating a very comfortable environment. They maintain very high standards of care, and I always feel confident and well taken care of during my visits. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!
BEWARE- I went to Dr. Lima's office for a scheduled cleaning. The front office staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, I felt assaulted and robbed! instead of my usual cleaner I had hygienist Damarys Pena, who nicely proceeded to perform as a used car salesman armed with 6 month old xrays taken prior to a cleaning and telling me that insurance cleaning did not include fluoride treatment, a needed antibiotic flush and prescription toothpaste listed on Amazon for $18 at a deal $114! Truly Outstanding Dental Experience The staff is welcoming, kind and Joyful. Dr. Lima is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and patient. I had a great experience with Dr. Lima and his team! The office is clean, super friendly, and very comfortable. Dr. Lima took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt informed and at ease. What I appreciated most is that he truly believes in preventive care not just waiting for problems to arise. I went to Dr. Lima‘s office as a new patient and let me tell you what an amazing experience I had. Dr. Lima explained everything thoroughly and took his time. His dental assistant Dunia was amazing . They both made me feel very relaxed. His front desk Carol explained everything with details including my insurance benefits, and made my transition to the office very smoothly.
