I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lima and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the office was clean, organized, and welcoming. My first visit to this office was a mixed experience. The practice is modern, very updated, and equipped with advanced technology — all positives. However, the issue arose during my initial (and only) consultation with Dr. Lima. I was quoted approximately $7,000 for the recommended dental work. Since I do not have insurance, I expressed concern about the cost. Had a great experience here. Dr. Lima was honest, reasonable, straightforward, and very knowledgeable. There was a short wait time, the staff members were all very kind, and I never felt like I was getting scammed. They also have high tech equipment and a nice office. Highly recommended.
My experience at the dentist yesterday was very positive. The doctor was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire visit. This was a clear improvement compared to my previous experiences, where the former doctor at times seemed bothered or unsettled. During this visit, not only the doctor but the entire team demonstrated kindness, empathy, and a high level of professionalism. I truly felt well cared for and valued as a patient.
