After completion of invisalign, I was given retainers to wear for night time only. Only after 3 months the retainers(which is made from very cheap thin material) cracked. Spoke with office manager and she was unwilling to help and forced me to pay for another retainer. I don't mind paying for retainers again if its damaged after a year or 2 but only a couple of month, this is very bad quality on the retainers.
