We bought the shower panel to Sir Al 2018 and it was amazing. He even help us to fix it when the valve is not functioning properly at oct of 2024 and work like brand new again. Sir Al and his staff is so proffesional and Very Highly recommended. Two Thumbs Up to Flosen Inc and to Sir Al.

Cheap cheap chinese garbage products that leaks, tarnish and only works for a few months before cartridges leaks and must be replaced at your expense!!! The owner Al and Anna whom I believe is his wife refuses to return our calls. I left many messages, but no call back. I ended up hiring a plumber to replace the unit with a delta unit from Home depot that has a lifetime warranty for less money.
