I ordered a corsage for my son's girlfriend for prom. It was really pretty when we picked it up. Then less than an hour in to prom, the flower arrangement fell off of the wristband. I called this florist on New Year's Eve to have a plant sent to a special friend. I was told it would be sent that day. Three days later I hadn't heard from my friend and called this florist. They told me the delivery person got lost and couldn't contact the receiver of the flowers. I asked them why they didn't call me to tell me the problem and they said they were delivering it today.
