Last Saturday I made a desperate phone call to Florist Gardens hoping that they could save the day after another florist had cancelled my order, which was for my dear MIL's birthday. We live a long way away, so I had organised for flowers and chocolates to be delivered and to have them cancelled at lunchtime on the day was awful.
