The flowers we received were 5 days late in arriving. After checking my phone records for last 7 days, NO calls from florist delivery.. I have checked my phone records for past 7 days and NO calls from delivery or florist. After speaking with my daughter who sent them, she paid for the best Eric's had. We received 4 carnations, some berries, pine branches, and red chrysanthemum. Shame on you!
