They NEVER answer the phone during office ours
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience and we are leaving the practice. We changed insurance provider and gave the cards to the lady in the front desk. She had problems in adding the info and I called the insurance. They confirmed that everything was correct with our policy and that maybe the front desk person was doing something incorrect. They told us to ask the person to try again and if that does not work to ask the person to call. She was rude and refused to call the insurance and treated my family poorly. We wasted... read more
