Great one on one ability. Great salesman. Great relationship builder. If this is what you want in an accountant, then this is your firm. However, I would warn anyone to get EVERY agreement in writing in an official contract...and you should use a 3rd party. If you do not get a full and complete contract that is certified by a lawyer, I suggest you tape your conversations in case a conflict comes up in the future. If the IRS ever gets involved, you will need one of these.
