I spent $260 and received this. It was my niece's 18th birthday. I ordered designer's choice which was supposed to come in a glass vase, requesting a grand bouquet of flowers and a teddy. What my niece received was a few RED roses in a cardboard box from the aunt abroad. Very unhappy with the whole experience. I have called the owner a few times to resolve this issue which she promised she will but is not answering me back. Dina please contact me so we can resolve this.
