Completely incompetent office and staff. I called in sick as a dog and tried to schedule an appointment. The front office girl who belongs at a McDonald's (Lisa I think) told me she would check my eligibility. Two hours later I called back and she still "needed to do that." She knew I was sick. All she told me was that they didn't have any same day appointments available. I finally asked her when the next available was because I was starting think she she didn't know what she was doing.
