After providing their intake specialist with ample information about my case they didn't even have the courtesy to return my phone call. Even if they called to say they were not interested in taking my case it would have been more professional manly alternative they provided which was nothing! I guess they think it's okay to just let somebody wait for a phone call that is never going to come, as if a client's time and energy is of no value.
My case is still working its way through the "system" I guess is the word. But to date this law firm has done nothing but work hard for me. In every case we all have a separate set of circumstances that is completely out of the attorneys hands.
