I wanted to buy about $200 worth of mulch. I tried to call this place 3 times. The first time someone "answered" the phone long enough, approx 1.5 seconds, to slam me into Hold. And left me there for over 20 minutes, until after they closed at 4pm. I tried to call twice more, and they simply never answered the phone at all. So then I both emailed directly and used their "Quote" form online. And then they never responded to either of those. So then I wrote them an email saying "forget it." Nice people but the much was not clean. I ordered arbor much (natural color) which i thought was just supposed to ground up trees and shrubs. I picked out a whole bunch of trash and a two buckets of the black dyed mulch. Trash was wires, carpet, fabric, plastic, styrofoam, painted material, ceramic and more. Im still finding more in there. Not recommended for residential use.
They always deliver when and where they say they will. The material is consistent. Definitely recommend this company over other local material companies.
I am VERY disappointed. I called to place an order. I was told that they could not take a phone order as I had not ordered from them before.I explained that this would be difficult as I am disabled. I had my helper drive to the office. Turns out the office is not accessible. There is a ramp but you need to go through large gravel to get to the ramp.
