I've said it before and I'll say it again... This doctor is a true CAREgiver. He is always willing to talk with me about my concerns, takes seriously any issues I may be having, and reacts to the information I give him. My high opinion of Dr. Penciu has been stepped up a notch because he has really gone above and beyond to make sure I'm safe and healthy (or that I'm getting healthier anyway.)
