ordered 4 new windows though John Robles, stated i would get them in 8 weeks. Waited way over 6 weeks, for him to tell me that it would be another 3 weeks. Waited another 3 weeks, and then he stated he canceled all the existing orders with that company. He then stated he will place another order with another company, and that we would get those in 4 weeks. Waited 4 weeks, for him to say another 3 weeks. They did not show up as they promised :(
Jonathan came out to fix my broken window. He was here on time and did an excellent job. And the prices are reasonable too. I will be calling them for all my windows and screens!
We had a window problem on Monday & called Florin glass. They made an appointment for Tuesday morning. The technician, Danny, arrived on time, assessed our problem, they had the part, and he installed it same day. We found them to be outstanding, priced right, and very polite and professional. We recommend them to anyone.
