Customer Service. You will not get it here. Knowledge about tile. You will not get it here. I would not recommend at all. So rude.
The customer service at Florim USA was horrible. The employees were rude, dressed trashy, unknowledgeable and unwilling to put forth any effort in assisting us.
I had occasion to contact Florim USA today to get some information on tile I bought at LOWES. I would like to express my appreciation for the courtesy and professionlism of all the people I dealt with from the person who answered and directed my call, to the lady who provided the answers to my questions. Congratulations on the quality of your personnel.
