I had an opportunity to work with Rod as an individual and a business, and I give him the highest marks on diligence, follow-through, and just being a helpful and pleasant human being. My company had multiple policies, HSA, health insurance plans, and other insurance with Rod for years. When Rod says he will do something, it gets done. Period. Highly recommend!!
Called office multiple times and left message for return call. Never received, was trying to get new health insurance coverage and new or different options from what I currently have through HealthCare.gov. No help here
