From the moment we (my cat and I) walked through the door we were treated so well. The technician was attentive and kind. The veterinarian was thorough and treated Owen with such gentle hands. Although I really didn’t need to ask any questions, I never felt rushed.
Have been taking my animals to this practice for 15 years but when you need them for an emergent situation, they are booked and declined to see my dog. Megan was especially rude and obviously unable to triage an emergency. Will be looking for another practice.
Dr. Kelly & the technician Krysta were so great with my nervous African Grey parrot Yoshi I was so impressed. Handling birds properly without overly stressing them doesn’t always come easy but they made the process smooth and straightforward with an exam, nail trim, and blood drawing. Yoshi was eating on the way home and acting her normal self by the evening. Looks like I’ve found my go to clinic.
