If you’re coming from the south, it’s the second entrance. 24/7 facility with limited overnight parking. For their part, my drop and hook went fine, with the exception of their ridiculous requirement to have an absolute full reefer. I had over 3/4s and they made me leave to put 5 gallons in. The closest truck stop is 30 miles away and an hour drive due to it’s all through city streets with traffic lights. Easy in and out once you know the entrance—it’s the second one, not the first. Quick load and unload, clean bathrooms, and an easy lot to maneuver. Staff was friendly, DoorDash delivers here (huge plus), and they allow overnight parking. Solid stop overall.
Appointment at 22:00 . Currently is 8:00 next day…no dock assignment. Most of 14 trucks on waiting area are here longer than I am. If I don’t get docked in an hour I will give up.
Preload scheduled for pickup at 3pm. Arrived 1:30pm. Park staging. Check in at guard shack. Preload not ready. Now a live load. No idea when? They’ll buzz me when they have a door. 8:30 pm: checked several times. Load not ready yet. Been driving for many years. If you want to be treated like crap this is the place. I won’t be back here. It’s one thing to be behind on loads but ignoring those you scheduled in…I find a different brand of juice. Rudeness kind of turns my stomach. There are no stars here.
This place is terrible, picking maybe 4 pallets been here over 6hrs and still waiting to get a door. Guard shack guy says they stop loading at 1am and start back up at 7am. It's past 8pm right now. I'm gone at 1am if they dont get me in by then. No clue what all these people talking about how they're in and out in 2hrs, im still surrounded by the same trucks when I first got here.
