This is the rental agency for a property owner that we booked with through HomeAway. The property owner said her “team” on site said they were taking extra safety precautions but that the beach was open, implying travel there on March 21, 2020 was safe. How irresponsible to still encourage travel during a pandemic! The property owner promised a full refund if the beach closed so she was happy to forward Mr. Graves message to me about it being open. Ridiculous!
Do not rent from this company. March 2017. Condo was not cleaned manager contacted. Larry the manager couldn't care less about the condition of unit. The maid retuned for 10-15 mins to wipe down counters only. Food found on floor, mold, hair, mildew, furry dust. Super gross.
