This is the first time I am posting a negative feedback online. I was very disappointed with the service from this company. I had a technician come out to service my system, he did not have a replacement filter available so I was told to go and buy one. He did not put back the old filter. Before he left I heard a loud vibrating noise coming from my main vent, I asked him about it and was told its because the filter was remove and I need to put in a new one. Our AC system stopped working and we desperately were miserable. Somehow we got connected with FACD and a man, whose initials are CR, came out and diagnosed my problem for free. I appreciated the friendly and prompt service. I was not pressured into anything. Because I was not I will probably use this company when I modernize my unit.
