I had 3 fraudulent charges on my checking account. Sharon was extremely helpful. My debit card was canceled immediately, but what was really great was I was issued a new debit card right on the spot!! Sharon followed up the next day with a phone call to let me know the claim had been filed. Then Sharon called to let me know the claim was processed along with the credits to my account.
