Excellent service from the moment I entered the branch. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The registration system was also very user-friendly. I had the opportunity to schedule an appointment for refinancing my car with Ms. Laurie DeCresie, who made the entire process very simple and easy. Laurie provided me with very kind and professional service, always giving me clear and precise information about the requirements and steps to follow. I wish I could give all the stars in the sky to Sharon at the Seminole branch!!!! As a new member that opened my account online right before the holidays, I was pretty frustrated with how things were going, I funded my account online and it was taking a while for the funds to clear so I could set up my online banking app, I believe because of the holiday schedule and also I had opened it on a Saturday, double whammy!!!!
