I just started banking with Florida Credit Union and immediately started receiving amazing service. Laurie did a terrific job in helping me make an account as well as refinancing my car loan. She was communicative the whole process and walked me through everything to where it made sense. I am so happy my mom recommended me here and to Laurie. She’s helped in major ways to get me back on track financially and I’m super grateful!! I 100% recommend banking here!!! :3

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Florida Central credit union recently taking out a loan. It was thanks to Lauri DeCresie that we were able to secure the loan we needed. I told her what we needed the money for and she went through several options and found one that worked for us and had a lower rate than I expected. Excellent service from the moment I entered the branch. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The registration system was also very user-friendly. I had the opportunity to schedule an appointment for refinancing my car with Ms. Laurie DeCresie, who made the entire process very simple and easy. Laurie provided me with very kind and professional service, always giving me clear and precise information about the requirements and steps to follow. My son who is a member and applying for an auto loan after paying off his first one with FCCU had an absolutely terrible experience with an auto loan application from start to finish with Sarah Fairchild. Applied for the loan early morning and the application did not get processed till the next afternoon after having to actually show up at the bank and sit there where she still refused to communicate but emailed me from her office as we sat there then had a coworker come out to communicate info on the application, the unprof... read more

I’ve had the most amazing experience with Florida central from day one when I walked in to inquire about refinancing my truck. Laurie has been the nicest, most helpful and also professional person I’ve ever experienced. She refinanced my truck in just a few days, I went from 26% to 4.99. It’s been life changing.
