Never had problems until recently. Had a joint account with my father. I had taken everything out but the last $10 and had to close account to get it. Told them my father was deceased and wanted to transfer balance to my account. They sent me a check in his name and then when I tried to deposit it in my account they said no because his name is not on it. I told them he was deceased before they wrote the check. Great place to bank with the best rates in tow for cd's. Have banked here for yeatrs and have never had a problem.
I would not recommend this bank. They charged me over $258 in over draft fees over the course of a few days and never notified me that my account had been overdrawn by a significant amount due to an outstanding circumstance. Not my mail, email or phone. Every other bank I have done business with in the past has notified me after the first overdraft charge. In my opinion, if a business fails to notify you and they continue to charge you for days on end, that is considered theft and morally wrong.
