Never had problems until recently. Had a joint account with my father. I had taken everything out but the last $10 and had to close account to get it. Told them my father was deceased and wanted to transfer balance to my account. They sent me a check in his name and then when I tried to deposit it in my account they said no because his name is not on it. I told them he was deceased before they wrote the check.
