I'm a new patient so I had to wait about 3 months to get in but it was well worth the wait. I was unable to get my appt. with Dr. Rosa Salama Bello, cause she was on vacation at the time so I used her nurse practitioner Holly Jensen. You have the best staff, everyone is very attentive and friendly customer service. I was running late so I called to let them know I was 5 minutes out. My appt. was at 10:30 I got their at 10:25am. Terrible!!!! I started calling this doctors office at the end of February to schedule a new patient OB/GYN appointment. They have called me three different times over the course of three months to cancel every single appointment and reschedule for whatever reason. Then I received a phone message in June today saying they were not accepting any more Medicaid patients and then I was not on their schedule. Of course I called livid and angry.
