Florida Window Geeks did an outstanding job coordinating and installing impact windows and doors on our 1950s home in Ft Myers. Nathan Byrne was professional, knowledgeable, and beyond patient answering my long list of questions and helping me choose the right products to fit the style of the home and neighborhood. This company has been a total nightmare from the start. There is zero accountability, and employee turnover is high. No one knows who is responsible for what. Quality control and warranty issues are non-existent, and there is no support or oversight. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. It seems they took advantage of a booming period and took on more work than they could handle, leaving customers to deal with the poor quality of their services. We just had all our windows replaced in the home we purchased, our sales consultant Marcus was extremely helpful and his team of installers were top notch. (Zach and Gabriel) I walked away from this experience very satisfied. When we do an another house in the future this is the team we want on the project.
