Excellent experience. I got their number off of the trailer that was being towed by a gentleman named Joel. Every time he drove by me walking my dogs, he had a huge smile on his face and always waved. Marcus was the Salesman representing their company. He made the decision and buying process and easy one. Window Geeks was amazing from start to finish. Zack the installer was kind, professional, and did incredible work. The install looks absolutely amazing. Communication was excellent the entire time, and they were very flexible with scheduling and arrival times. Nathan, the sales guy, was honest, genuine, and never pushy. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible, and the whole experience felt authentic instead of salesy. Communication was top notch. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Window Geeks!
I have used other custom window companies in SWFL and was universally disappointed until I found Florida Window Geeks. Not only did the recommend the perfect product for my needs, but their installation was incredible. They said they would need to disrupt my walls more than they actually had to (I like positive surprises!) and the quality of FWG's craftsmen's work is A+++. I will recommend them to my neighbors and wholeheartedly recommend them to all those reading this review.
